Support for parents who want to feel more confident, connected, and grounded in the moments that matter most.

Parent Coaching

You deeply love your child…

But lately you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, second-guessing your decisions, or stuck in patterns that leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, and unsure of what to do next.

Maybe you’ve noticed yourself:

  • Reacting in ways that don’t feel aligned with the parent you want to be

  • Feeling exhausted by constant power struggles, tantrums, or emotional outbursts

  • Walking away from difficult moments feeling guilt, frustration, or self-doubt

  • Wanting tools to support your child differently, but not knowing how

Parent coaching may be a good fit if you want support focused on changing patterns at home without (or separately from) beginning therapy for your child.

What you’ll get:

  • A deeper understanding of your child and behavioral patterns

  • New strategies to reduce escalation and increase cooperation

  • Scripts of what to say and what to do in tough moment

Next steps:

1) Complete a complimentary 20-minute consultation

2) Schedule and complete a 60-minute intake session to understand the problem area and develop goals

3) Follow a structured 7-step framework developed from this provider’s clinical experience and supported by evidenced based interventions including PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), PMT (Parent Management Training) and COS (Circle of Security).

If your child is experiencing more significant emotional or mental health concerns, parent-involved child therapy may be a better fit.

If you’re unsure, we can talk through what support feels most appropriate during a consultation.

How is parent coaching different from therapy?

I offer both parent coaching and therapy because families need different types of support depending on what they’re navigating.

Parent coaching is often helpful when you’re looking for short-term, practical strategies, and support for a primary emotional and/or behavioral concern. Parent coaching is a non-clinical service.

Therapy offers a deeper clinical space to explore emotional challenges and provide treatment when mental health concerns are impacting daily functioning.

If you’re unsure which feels most appropriate for your family, we can explore that together.

Therapy for Parents

Because supporting your child starts with supporting yourself.

You may benefit from therapy if you...

  • Constantly worry that you're not doing enough as a parent

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted

  • Find yourself putting everyone else's needs before your own and have difficulty setting boundaries

  • Feel disconnected from yourself, your partner, or your relationships

  • Want to break generational patterns and parent differently than you were parented

  • Experience stressors around co-parenting and divorce

  • Simply want a space where you don't have to take care of everyone else

Parenting doesn't have to be the only reason you seek therapy—but it often becomes the lens through which many of life's challenges come into focus.

Next steps:

1) Complete a complimentary 20-minute consultation

2) Schedule and complete a 60-minute intake session to understand the problem areas and develop treatment goals

3) Continue with 45 or 60-minute sessions at the frequency agreed upon with the provider.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Parenting was never meant to be done in isolation.

Sometimes the greatest shift happens when parents finally feel seen, supported, and equipped with the right tools to move forward with confidence.

If you’re ready for support, I’d love to connect.
